Michael has been in the market since 1998 dealing with both industrial and office leasing and capital markets. He acts on behalf of many institutional and private clients and has a deep understanding of the Crawley market. Michael works closely with key clients such as, London Metric, Royal London Asset Management, Legal and General Investment Management, Schroders, Brightbay and Wrenbridge.

Mark leads the lease advisory team and has been active in the South East office and warehouse market since 2000 dealing with landlord and tenant matters for both owners and occupiers. Mark is also very active on corporate real estate matters and property acquisitions.

Recent highlights include a rent review on an 220,000 sq ft distribution warehouse for RDI REIT, a lease renewal on a 40,000 sq ft warehouse for Mayfair Capital, the acquisition of a 5,000 sq ft office building for Aligned Assets Ltd plus various asset management initiatives for Oxford University Endowment Fund at Longmead Business Centre, Epsom.

Harry joined FTDJOHNS in April 2024 to assist in the leasing and professional departments.
