Acting on behalf of Howdens Joinery, FTDJOHNS has let this 9,700 sq ft unit on a long term lease to Flooring Sales Limited.

UNIT A CAMINO PARK,GATWICK ROAD CRAWLEY

FTDJOHNS was instructed to market Unit A Camino Park, a 27,000 sq ft, self-contained building on behalf of Redefine which was let to DFS. This letting has set a new rental record for refurbished Crawley space.

Units 22-23 Gatwick International Distribution Centre

FTDJOHNS was instructed to market Units 22-23 GIDC by the new landlord of the scheme. The Units total 21,628 sq ft and a new letting will complete following the landlords extensive refurbishment works to Bryson.
